Salon Operations 2.0 - Terms and Conditions

Upgrades - Software upgrades are free to download for all version of Salon Operations. Upgrades from 1 major revision to another, for example, upgrading from version 2.x to 3.x may require purchase of additional software licenses. Please contact us for more details on major releases. If you find a "bug" or defect in the software, please contact us immediately, and all fixes for known "bugs" are provided free, regardless of version.

Free or Demo versions are provided "as is" and are limited to 1 employee only. Free versions must be registered with Grant Park Software and will onlt recieve support via email only. Free versions are free for a reason, to provide trial versions and let you kick the tires before using. If your a single operator, or running a business from home, you can use the free version with limitations. If you find the program useful, please upgraded to a purchased license.

Return Policy - Software may be returned for for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. Software licenses are issued for a single store and may not be transfered to another store of a different name. If you need to process a return, please contact us or the reseller you purchased the software from.
We will not replace serial numbers or license keys after 30 days. This protects us from people copying the software to another store or location. If you need to change your store name, please contact us for details.

Support and Training - With each standard (not free or demo versions) license purchase, you will receive 2 hours of phone or online training for each store. Additional training sessions can be purchased at an hourly rate. Please contact us for more datails on training.

Privacy Policy - Your information is your information, we will never sell or "steal" your customer database. Often, we may require remote access, or backup copies, of your database. For no reason, will we distribute your customer information.
We do provide pre-installed databases of products and services. These database are collected from many vendors and participating customers. This information is never collected from your store's personal information.
