Daily Employee Operations
Daily Schedule Functions
| Employees can using the daily schedule to verify the
accuracy of the daily tickets and appointments. From the daily schedule, you
can directly access a customer's ticket and service history. You can also
modify to current ticket to add, delete or update the prices and services.
To access an appointment's Quick Notes, select the
appointment first, then select Notes from the menu bar on the left hand
side.

| The Quick Notes dialog let's you view a customer's account
history and notes conviently from calendar screen. This dialog is broken
down into 3 sections. Client Information, shown in yellow:
This section shows you the customer's appointment history. You can view the
details of an appointment by selecting it from this list.
Appointment Details, show in blue:
This section will show you the services performed
during this appointment. Each service is displayed with the time pattern,
and the sales price of the item.

Service Adjustment
| Employee's can adjust and maintain thier tickets by
selecting an appointment, then selecting Service from the menu on the left. |
