Appointments can be checked in, cancelled, or even rescheduled right from the daily schedule. When rescheduling an appointment, Salon Ops can locate the next available time period that fits the requirements on the appointment, automatically.

The advanced appointment finder can locate openings for multiple stylists and services with in the same day. This is very convenient for booking spa appointments for multiple employees through out the day.

To find available openings, you can list as many stylists and services you need for the customer. This is especially powerful when you are using custom patters for your stylist's services. For example, you can include a service that many have a 30 minute idle period during the service. When Salon Ops searches for opening, it can maximize your appointment book by inserting future appointments into these idle periods.

Once you select your requirements, Salon Ops will search the calendar for availability and display all possible matches. You can even set whether the order is important for the services, and Salon Ops will book the appointments in that order. Once you find the appointment set you want, simple book  them, and your done.
